Sophia currently uses three words.

In order of first appearance, they are "Mama", "Dada", and "hi".

She also communicates through pointing, nodding, signing for 'more' and smiling, scowling or outright crying.

However, if you aren't her Mom or Dad, and she doesn't greet you with a "hi", it is unlikely that you will presently be spoken to with a word you understand.

Here she is sharing her "hi" with a wave thrown in for emphasis.

A more rare occurrence is a kiss being blown. These are often reserved for her Dad.
